How to Request Deletion
To initiate the deletion of your account, please email us directly at support@vaigaitaxi.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the phone number registered with your account.

Data Retention & Processing
Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your personal data within 30 days. Your ride history and profile will be permanently wiped. Please note that certain financial records related to cash commissions may be retained solely for legal tax compliance purposes.
