Vaigai Namma Taxi operates strictly on a cash-only basis. Riders pay fares directly to Drivers in cash at the end of the trip. The platform does not process online payments, hold wallet balances, or handle credit cards.

Vaigai Namma Taxi is a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers. We do not own the vehicles and limit our liability concerning driver conduct, though we maintain strict vetting procedures.

Code of Conduct
Both riders and drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct. Any abuse, harassment, or violation of traffic laws will result in immediate permanent suspension from the platform.
